User Data Deletion
At Gigzta, we respect your right to control your data. In compliance with Facebook/Meta Platform policies and general data privacy standards, we provide a simple way for you to request the deletion of your data.
How to Request Data Deletion
Since we store minimal data (primarily just your email for login authentication and preferences), deleting your account is straightforward.
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to gigzta.mail@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Please send the email from the address associated with your Gigzta account so we can verify ownership.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Permanently delete your user account record.
- Remove your email from our mailing lists.
- Delete any saved favorites or preferences.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.
Facebook Users
If you logged in via Facebook, you can also remove our app's access via your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites), but to fully delete the data we hold on our servers, please send the email request above.
