Good Manners Trio at Lazybones Lounge Restaurant & Bar

“Good Manners” will be bringing the sound of the Benny Goodman Small Group recordings to life.

This authentic line-up includes Sydney vibraphonist Glenn Henrich & pianist Robbie Mann, with special guest clarinettist Paul Hendon from Queensland.Made famous by the Goodman/Hampton collaboration all those years ago, the combination of clarinet and vibraphone still offers a delightful pairing where the clarinet's focused sound is juxtaposed with the vibraphone's resonant, shimmering tones to create a unique musical experience.

Backed by the incredible 'stride' piano style of Robbie Mann, the group is looking forward to presenting their version of standards such as “Avalon” & “Moonglow”, as well as a few of the lesser known but equally beautiful tunes hidden away in many of Goodman’s recordings.
