LARGE MIRAGE are a 4 piece retro psych-rock band. Fiercely original yet influenced by great 70’s rock music from the golden age of Deep Purple, Cream, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Jeff Beck and Jimi Hendrix. They possess the musicality and chops to jam as required with bonus 3-part harmonies. LARGE MIRAGE were selected to open for AC/DC in Sydney and were the buzz ‘rock’ band of Woodford Festival. LARGE MIRAGE stand at the front of Australia’s new wave of rock. A band unafraid of big riffs, big melodies, and throwback fashion. It’s rock music with a past it respects, a present it’s conquering, and a future it’s kicking open, one flared step at a time.
