OTAKUWEEN: Anime Halloween Live! at The Y HQ

Get ready for a night where anime, music, and Halloween collide!  Join Nyamaha and JustCosplaySings for an all-ages live music experience celebrating the worlds of anime, J-rock, and Japanese music culture.  Kicking off the night is a special opening performance by YouTube sensation JustCosplaySings! Then, Nyamaha will bring the energy to the stage with two full sets of anime bangers, featuring music from Chainsaw Man, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, K-On!, Vocaloid and more!  Between sets, put your anime knowledge to the test with fun games and challenges, or come dressed as your favourite anime character for a chance to win Japanese snacks and anime and band merch in our cosplay contest. Gather your friends, dress up if you like, and come celebrate an unforgettable night of music, fandom, and spooky fun! All ages welcome — this is an alcohol and drug free event!
