Low Stakes Presents: Raccoon City, XGemmini, Strange Highways & The Deadly Nightshades at Northern Sound System

Low Stakes is a youth led team that works together as a group to organise and manage events and gigs for Adelaidian bands.

Raccoon City are a local 5-piece band that have been bringing a more emo sound to the scene ever since 2010. With a hit album released last year titled "Fugue" and interstate tours under their belt, get ready to rock your socks off with them! xGemmini, a underground metal band within our music scene, bringing very heavy drums, cool riffs and solos. Be sure not to hurt your neck head-banging too hard! An amazing addition to this lineup is Strange Highways, starting under NSS' program Holiday Bands, bringing their awesome basslines and alternative music to this lineup! And last but not least, The Deadly Nightshades who are a 4-piece alt group that brings high energy to the scene with hit 90s covers and sick originals.

Enjoy a free sausage sizzle and free entry at this all ages event. There will also be a merch table so you can support your favourite bands.
