Sowdy's "Auteur" Live at Lyric's Underground

Perth rapper and producer Sowdy will bring his latest album, Auteur, to the stage for a live performance at Lyric’s Underground for one night only on November 13. Auteur showcases Sowdy at his rawest. Sprawling across 13 meditative tracks, the album reflects on life in the artist’s 20s, examining love, loss, grief, pain, joy and trauma through a collection of deeply autobiographical vignettes. Drawing from a variety of musical and cinematic influences, the album’s sonic palette is soulful, textured and layered with an array of genre-bending hip-hop. The night will be an intimate celebration of art in all its forms, featuring an array of special guests and collaborators who have been part of Sowdy’s creative journey. -- Venue mode for this show is GA3a GA1 = Unreserved mixed seating: Minimum 95% mixed low chairs & high stools GA2 = Unreserved limited mixed seating: Minimum 70% mixed low chairs & high stools GA3 = Standing mode: limited high tables and stools
