Legendary UK punkster TV SMITH brings his ADVERTS cannon to the Barwon Club in Geelong on Saturday 4th April, 2026.  A true 1977 veteran, he has been consistently at it since then, solo and with various bands having just toured the USA with The Damned. One of UK punk’s original voices, Smith has spent decades proving that intelligence and bite are not mutually exclusive. As frontman of The Adverts, he helped define late-70s punk with songs that were sharp, political, and stubbornly melodic. Those tracks still land hard, not because of nostalgia, but because the ideas never went soft. His solo work strips things back further. Acoustic, direct, and unsentimental. Lyrics first, always.
