Malibu Spacey at The Retreat Hotel

Melbourne/Naarm indie rockers Malibu Spacey blend jangly guitars, intricate lead lines, catchy bass grooves and lush three- and four-part vocal harmonies. Drawing from 60s and 70s rock, classic pop and dreamy psychedelia, their sound sits somewhere between The Lemon Twigs, MJ Lenderman and The Byrds. Fresh off a regional Victorian tour celebrating the release of their **second EP, the five-piece are back at **The Retreat Hotel in Brunswick on Sunday 6 December, bringing their harmony-heavy indie rock to the beer garden alongside their good mates Great Falls. Kicking off at 2pm, it's a free-entry Sunday arvo of live music, good tunes and good times. Come on down!
