TEENS - Negative Energy Australian Tour at Barwon Club Hotel

Beloved noisy post-punks TEENS continue to build on the momentum they've gained over the last two years with the announcement of a 12 date East Coast tour in support of their second album Negative Energy landing at The Barwon Club on Thursday 5th November, 2026. TEENS is a post-punk trio based in Nipaluna/Hobart.Together, Shawn Arnold, Alex Davern and Jono Tate create music that is abrasive, dynamic, and intensely captivating. TEENS’ volatile musings on despair and alienation blend grit, vulnerability, intricacy and rawness, with their deceptively chaotic exterior belying an expertly applied command of tension and energy.   Following the release of their debut, self-titled album in 2024, and the quick turnaround to Negative Energy in 2025, playing non-stop live shows in between, TEENS quickly found themselves the subject of praise from all corners of the world. Their albums earned airplay in the US, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and of course extensive features on Australian community radio, including a coveted Soundscape placement on 3RRR and inclusion on the voting longlist for 4ZZZ's Hot 100, as well as endorsements from Triple J's Anika Luna, The Music, Rolling Stone Australia, It's Psychedelic Baby magazine, Backseat Mafia and more.   LXRP  are a three-piece chorus-pedal drum-machine post-punk post-pop Women's Rock Music band from Naarm in so-called Australia. It consists of Mish Furner (Vocals), Amy Rogers (Bass) and Heather Jardany (Guitar & Drum Machine). They recently released their debut self-titled album via Trans-Brunswick Express.
