We're back again! Joining us for our September instalment of Hardwire, we have Naarm local, head of Doglandiya imprint, DJ and producer of a string of universally acclaimed releases, Mabel! On support we have Eora locals Clem and Mina Tonic. Known for a distinctive artistic voice spanning both visual and sonic mediums, Mabel’s work is a direct extension of her instincts — intuitive, expressive and firmly her own. Her sound sits in a fluid space between psytrance, progressive house and minimal techno, balancing stripped-back frameworks with playful vocal elements and bursts of psychedelia. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, there’s a clear throughline: a style that remains recognisably Mabel, even as it continues to evolve. Clem (formerly kn0w0ne) has been steadily earning her keep in the Gadigal scene, providing a dancefloor experience which oscillates from pensive darkness to cheeky nostalgia. Mina Tonic's encyclopaedic taste can shape any room. Whether the moment calls for warm wonky electronica, driving hypnotic rhythms, wild hyperpop, or emotional dub, Mina has just the tonic.
