APRIL GALLO at Brunswick Ballroom

Melbourne-born neo-soul artist April Gallo returns home to the Brunswick Ballroom with her full band, bringing her original songs to life on stage. April’s music explores the intimate space between love and logic, blending elements of soul, R&B, jazz, and bossa nova.

After establishing herself in Melbourne’s live music scene with sold-out headline shows at The Jazz Lab and The Paris Cat Jazz Club, April moved to Barcelona in 2023. There, she continued to evolve her sound through performances at renowned jazz clubs and Sofar Sounds events, while writing and recording her debut album, Rent My Heart For Free, released in July 2025.

Influenced by artists such as Amy Winehouse, Cleo Sol, and Lianne La Havas, April’s music is honest, introspective, and deeply personal. Now back in Melbourne and working on her second album, she invites audiences to share an intimate evening of her original songs — both new and old — with vibrant support from Liberty & Jack.
