Marrickville High Rock Band Showcase at Lazybones Lounge Restaurant & Bar

Giving up their lunch break at Marrickville High School to rehearse these bands have achieved what many just dream of, cohesive, tight and powerful rock bands, with enough energy to light up any stage.

For some of the students this will be their first real world gig. For others it will be another chance to prove that live music is alive and well in the inner west and full of youthful vitality. One thing that they all have in common “A dedication to rock”.

Some of these rockers have been rehearing and performing for many years now under the guidance of local musician Dylan Hartas and are ready to showcase why they are repeatedly invited to perform at local festivals and functions.

These bands feature many multi - instrumentalists who regularly swap instruments and vocal duties to ensure that the audience are always kept guessing and entertained.
