**FREE EVENT** THE DEAD RECKONERS at The Catfish

The Dead Reckoners are Martin Gale (guitar, dobro, harmonica, vocals) and Michael Heath (vocals, guitar). They have individually played in bands in Melbourne, Sydney, London, as well as having stints as street musicians across Europe.  They now bring their mix of country, folk, latin and blues to The Catfish for the first time. The band is based around the songwriting of Michael Heath and his brother Andrew.  Michael's songwriting has been described as "masterful and evocative" while Andrew was described by Chrysalis Records Founder Chris Wright as "one of the best songwriters in the UK"
