VERATIE (pronounced veh-ruh-tee) are an alt-rock / nu-metal band, based in Southeast Queensland. Formed in 2021 by lead singer-songwriter Sarah and guitarist-beatmaker Connor & since joined by drummer Patrick, VERATIE overlays evocative melodic and rap vocals over an intricate soundscape of synth, heavy guitars and relentless rhythm. They have already supported names such as The Halo Effect (Europe), Beyond the Black (Europe), Redhook, Devilskin (New Zealand), Lagerstein, Krave and more.
