Sydney-born vocalist, songwriter and composer Ruby Jackson is one of the country’s most exciting emerging voices. Blending the warmth and sophistication of jazz with the soulfulness of contemporary R&B, Jackson has quickly established herself as a standout performer and songwriter. Inspired by the timeless voices of Nat King Cole and Billie Holiday, she has already shared stages with Ball Park Music and UK icons Morcheeba, while earning an AIR Award nomination for Best Soul/R&B Album/EP. Her deeply expressive songs and magnetic stage presence promise the perfect beginning to the evening.

This special concert will also offer audiences a first taste of material from her forthcoming album, UnderWorld, presenting the next chapter in the career of an artist whose voice and vision continue to evolve while leaving an indelible mark on Australian music.
