BEN SALTER live at Brunswick Ballroom - Concert poster

Ben Salter performs at Brunswick Artists' Bar Tuesday the 26th May 2026. He's been writing songs and performing for thirty years both solo as well as a number of ensembles including Giants of Science, The Gin Club, The Wilson Pickers, Hownowmer, The Young Liberals and more.

He has written with and for Vika & Linda Bull, Marlon Williams, Bernard Fanning, Mike Watt, Emily Wurramara, Robert Scott and many more. For the last five years he has been an artist in residence at nipaluna/Hobart's Museum of Old & New Art (MONA) where he writes, performs and plays video games in front of an embarrassed museum clientele for seven hours a day.  Last week he released his twelfth solo album "Maycation" in an edition of 20 completely unique compact discs, containing brand new song 'Bathtermath' that will not exist anywhere else in the universe. He will have one copy of the CD for sale at the show, and will also be performing 'Bathtermath' as well as bunch of new songs, and answering questions on any topic.
