Harley Coleman's VERY FAST BAND at The Vanguard

Very Fast Band reunites to perform a set of their recently recorded self-titled EP, alongside a bunch of new music. 

Primarily known for their underground jazz presence, Fast Band has performed only a handful of times in Sydney, mostly at DIY community events. This will be their first gig at a brick and mortar venue, and represents a rare summit of some of Australia’s most exciting new-breed jazz musicians. 

As the name suggests, Fast Band performs music downloaded from the brain of guitarist and leader Harley Coleman that is jazz, rock and video game influenced, conceived amidst urban chaos, during a time of nihilistic meme culture, but with a clear sense we haven’t given up just yet.

All children under 18 not permitted including small children and babies. Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID is a current and valid Australian Drivers Licence or Passport. Intoxicated persons will not be admitted. No thongs, steel cap boots, or spiked attire. Dangerous  behaviour including Crowd Surfing, Stage Diving, Moshing and Violent Dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from  this venue. Inappropriate behaviour at this venue will lead to your banning.
