More Than Words 2026 at The Red Rattler

Back for its second edition, More Than Words is a beatbox event like no other! 

16 of the best solo beatboxers will perform showcases in order to impress our distinguished panel of judges for the title, and a feature showcase spot in our beatbox rave event "Sublingual" next year! This competition will also be accompanied by many local music talent including UNSW Vocallective, Brunny, JU-KA and DJ QPid!

Held at the Red Rattler, which holds a lot of history in the Sydney beatbox community, this event will act as an outlet for many artists to express their love for beatboxing and music, and allow the rapidly growing Sydney beatbox community to expand even further!

The tickets are available to all ages. However, because the event is being held in a licensed venue, you must have an ID in order to enter, and all attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
