Bang Bang Betty & the H-Bombs + The GC3

Fronted by Coo Jarvis (aka Bang Bang Betty) the H-Bombs’ explosive mix of hot R&B and jump blues has wowed crowds as far afield as Japan, with headline sets at Jiver’s Stomp (Tokyo) and Cooly Rocks Festival 2024, sold-out shows at the Ellington Jazz Club and their Fringe event “Jump Sister Jump” all in the past 18 months. They also launched their 3rd vinyl record “Fatal Attraction” with a sold-out night at Lyrics Underground last June.Featuring Coo Jarvis (lead vocals), Andy Jarvis (guitar), Mark Sprogowski (tenor sax), Marc Gordon (double bass) and Dom D’Leno (drums), the band’s musicianship is matched by their exciting repertoire, mixing authentic originals with a fabulous selection of swinging 50s tunes. This band is an absolute dance-floor treat!“with an all-original flair at their core, this electrifying band rewinds the clocks, rejuvenating the golden era of rhythm and blues, with a fantastic tip of the hat to the 50s” Aldora Britain Records review of Bang Bang Betty & the H-Bombs latest record. Listen on BandCamp: https://bangbangbettytheh-bombs.bandcamp.com/album/fatal-attraction

The GC3 are a Fremantle based blues trio playing a mixture of original tunes and old blues classics. They love revelling in a funky shuffle and loads of fat swing. The GC3 are often joined by special guests on harp, keys and or saxophone. They can fill a space with an energetic vibe that dancers and listeners love. The focus is fun! They are regulars around the vibrant Fremantle live music scene. Each of the members play in a variety of other bands across numerous genres. Joining us as our special guest will be Mike Gowland on keys. Glenn Carpenter - Vocal and Guitar;  Ash Whitworth - Electric upright bass; Oskar Johns Carpenter – Drums.
